Position Summary:

The AFTC Business Manager will be tasked with achieving Business Objectives whilst staying within strict budgetary guidelines, meeting company KPIs, evaluating and improving current Military & Commercial business process operations. Develops long range strategic plans to meet future production capacity increases for both local and global customers.This role will be operating with a service part number volume from 10k to 20k on a global customer base in seventy countries with thirty-five sales operations, annual revenues ranging from 100M to 300M servicing around 1.5M


  1. Evaluate historical market trends and understand Macro business environment, provide statistical analysis, make recommendations on Inventory policy for near & long term planning
  2. Be fully engaged in AMGBOS, develop training and skills plan for subordinates in key positions
  3. Develop competitive win strategies for AFTC which will drive maximum profitability at AFTC
  4. Business performance reporting, provide executive summaries of KPIs as well as timely financial reporting
  5. Drive and develop business process improvements to shorten up lead times for customers
  6. Solicit feedback surveys form customers and maintain dashboard OTD metrics

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business, MBA preferred
  2. Salesforce/CRM literate able to carry out analysis and provide strategies to target key sales opportunities
  3. Program Management as a Lead
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office software. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project
  5. SAP(S4 Hana preferred) or MRP experience
  6. Lean manufacturing experience. Black belt or CIP qualification
  7. Ability to communicate in written and verbal form to professional standards
  8. Manage time constraints, deadlines, and multiple priorities
  9. Detail oriented, organized and efficient
  10. Work independently
  11. Strong problem solving skills
  12. Should be able to multi task and collaborate with others.
