Role Summary

The goal of the Comfort Consultant is to close replacement sales. The Comfort Consultant is personally connected to each client offering the right solutions to fulfill each client’s needs and close the sale with adequate margins.


Main Responsibilities

  • Establish trust through building credibility, rapport and demonstrating empathy with clients.
  • Close the sale ensuring the client and the company’s needs are met.
  • Execute the Comfort Consultant Sales Process on each and every call.
  • Follow-up appropriately on sales calls and disposition accurately in paperwork.
  • Design comfort systems appropriately by fully understanding the client’s needs and the calculations necessary to do so.


Minimum Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year in-home sales experience in the residential service industry
  • Maintain a valid driver’s license with clean driving record
  • Able to pass random drug screening
