Role Summary

The goal of the Client CAIR Specialist (CCS) is to convert inbound calls into booked service appointments. The CCS builds a trusting relationship with each client. The CCS skillfully follows the call flow process and is proficient in using the required business systems to fulfill their responsibilities.

 

Main Responsibilities

  • Assign priority level of a service call appropriately by understanding urgency.
  • Speak with confidence to each client with a basic understanding of HVAC and plumbing needs and services.
  • Assign priority level of a service call appropriately by understanding urgency.
  • Gather all necessary information on each call.
  • Responds to client concerns with empathy.
  • Ensure understanding by applying advanced listening skills (echoing) to ensure accurate information is relayed to Dispatch.

 

Minimum Job Qualifications 

  • 2+ years of Customer Service experience
  • Proficient typist
  • Good communication skills
  • Able to sit for long periods of time
