Maintenance Line Technician

The Maintenance Line Technician is responsible for performing preventative and corrective maintenance on various systems and equipment.


The Maintenance Line Technician will work rotating 12 hours shifts (2 on 3 off/ 2 on 2 off/ 3 on 2 off/repeat) The hours are 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM. You will have every other weekend off and days off during the week.



Additional responsibilities include:


• Follows an established preventative maintenance procedures and records all progress and any resolutions

• Has a clear understanding of all end-user functions of the automated assembly, inventory and shipping for the purpose troubleshooting problems

• Schedule and perform routine or needed maintenance during predetermined maintenance windows to minimize operational disruptions

• Assist in the performance of general plant site maintenance and repairs

• Accurately documents corrective and preventive maintenance

• Interacts professionally with all staff in planning corrective actions

• Procure materials for assignments

• Attend mandatory training as assigned

• Other duties as assigned

• Team communication required




• High School diploma

• Vocational accomplishments or experiences related to electrical, mechanical and packaging

• Experience may be substituted for education

• Basic navigational skills for Microsoft office applications



• Three to five years of work experience related to troubleshooting and repairing automated assembly and shipping equipment as it pertains to mechanical and at least a limited electrical knowledge and safety

• Familiar with mechanical blue prints and electrical schematics

• Basic understanding of motor control

• Basic computer hardware troubleshooting

• Basic network navigation and basic structure knowledge

• Understand basics of thermal transfer printing
