MRA is partnered with our member to find the right talent!  We are now hiring a Production Supervisor for each of our three shifts (three separate positions) reporting to our Manufacturing Manager.  Are you a solid performer who works effectively with senior leadership to instill a culture of continuous improvement top down? Experience in our industry is not as critical as experience working within a high demand, customer quality system.  As a growing global provider to a diverse industry mix, our successful candidate has the ability to turn his/her passion for Lean, Six Sigma and continuous improvement into proven results. Safety and operational effectiveness are the two top gals for this role. You will drive and support 5S, lean and continuous improvement initiatives through your team to achieve productivity improvements, ensuring we meet all customer quality requirements.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Associates Degree or similar technical 2-year program requiring
  • 3 to 5 years related experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience managing employees represented by a union a plus, but not required
  • Good working knowledge of manufacturing procedures, as well as knowledge of quality and continuous improvements initiatives
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently, plan and initiate new ideas and methods, and plan ahead
  • Ability to troubleshoot problems and make decisions independently, driving projects
