As a Sales Rep., individual will be required to act in the best interest of the customer and the company at all times. Candidate must be a self-starter, people person, outgoing, and team player, possess leadership ability, and be able to build new customer relationships while nurturing old relationships. Some travel is required.


  • Ability to read and understand construction documents including bid forms, plans, specifications, contracts, purchase orders and general agreements.
  • NICET in Fire Sprinkler Systems is preferred.
  • Familiarity and ability to perform fire sprinkler hydraulic calculations is preferred.
  • Solid working knowledge of NFPA Standards is required.
  • Candidate must be able to grow market share and meet sales goals.
  • Good communication and presentation skills are required.
  • Strong working knowledge of Windows Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook is required.
  • A valid driver’s license and clean record needed.
  • Ability to pass a back ground check including drug screening is mandatory.


  • Manage and lead Service Department in a professional manor.
  • Honor all schedules and commitments.
  • Assist and provide leadership to inspector technicians.
  • Strive to achieve high quality customer satisfaction at all time.
  • Create budgets, and manage them to maintain costs and profitability.
  • Create an environment of high professionalism, integrity, honesty, quality, and success.
  • Work closely with all inspectors to create accurate deficiency proposals.
  • Work with all inspectors to ensure deficiencies are quoted in a timely manner.
  • Adhere to company’s Safety policies at all time.
  • Perform special projects or other duties as assigned.
